Teleplan Web Access
It is possible to send claims to MSP via the Internet using
Teleplan Web Access . To use this feature you need to contact
Teleplan support and obtain a web access user id and password.

Once you are ready to send claims:
- select Billing—Send Claims to MSP.
- Click the button "SUBMIT CLAIMS RECEIVE REMITTANCE
DATA" .
- Then select the "connect to MSP… by the Web-
based Teleplan.
- After following the prompts given by the wizard your web
browser will start and take you to the log on section of
Teleplan.
- You will then need to indicate the name of the MSP send
(batch) file you created. To save typing this file name
will be copied into the Windows clipboard to allow you to
paste it in the appropriate text box.
- If you choose to also receive remittance data (recommended
with each connection) Teleplan will prompt you to save the
file to your hard drive. Make sure you keep track of the
location of this file as you will need to let Medchart find
this file after you have disconnected from Teleplan. This
step is not done automatically as in the dial- up Teleplan
as the file name of the remittance file is different with
each connection
